Which mounting should I pick?

Bolt-down plate if it's going on concrete, pavers or a deck. In-ground anchor if it's going in a lawn or garden bed, set in a concrete footing. Mobile tile base if you want to move it around or can't drill.

Are pavers included with the tile base?

No. The tile base needs 12 pavers, 16" x 16" x 1.75", about 389 lb in total. Umbrosa recommends picking them up at Home Depot. The base comes with wheels so you can still move it.

How long until it ships?

Quick Ship: Canvas, Grey and Black in 7'7" leave the factory in about 8 working days. All other colors, and every 6'7" canopy, are made to order in about 4 weeks. Then add about 8 to 10 days for FedEx transit.

How is it delivered?

Free shipping by FedEx from Umbrosa in Belgium to your door, about 8 to 10 days in transit after it ships. Mainland US only. FedEx delivers to the doorstep, no white glove. It ships compact, the longest box is about 6'3".

Can I leave it out in the wind?

Paraflex is made for light wind and light rain, up to 18 mph when it's permanently fixed. Close it and secure the strap when you're not using it, and in storms, strong wind, heavy rain or snow. Wind damage isn't covered by the warranty.

Does it come with a cover?

No. The Paraflex protective cover is sold separately. Ask us and we'll add it to your order.

Can I get replacement parts later?

Yes. Umbrosa stocks spare parts like ribs, grips, canopies and frames, so you can replace a part instead of the whole umbrella. Just email us.

Can I get a custom canopy color?

Not on single umbrellas. Pick from the 14 standard colors shown in the options.

Can I pay over time?

Yes. Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout, subject to approval.
