Payment & financing

All major credit and debit cards are accepted at checkout, along with Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken when the order is placed.

For large or commercial orders, call us and we will go over the options.

You can check whether you qualify for Shop Pay Installments at checkout. Available plans depend on the lender and on your order, so the plan for a larger order with add-ons can differ from the one shown for a single product. Review the payment schedule, interest and full terms before you decide.

• Checking your options does not affect your ability to complete the order.
• Approval, rates and terms are set by the lender, not by us.
• Your order ships on the same schedule as any other order once approved.

If you find the same model advertised for less by another authorized dealer, tell us and we will match it. Send a link or a screenshot showing the product, the price and the seller.

• The item must have the same brand, model, finish and configuration.
• The competitor must be an authorized dealer for that brand with the item in stock.
• Auction sites, marketplace resellers, grey-market imports, open-box and clearance listings are excluded.
• The competitor’s total delivered price is what we compare against.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and applied only where we are required to collect it. Tax-exempt businesses can send their certificate to us before ordering and we will set the order up accordingly.

Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number, and no card data is kept on this store.
