RTK-24SM fits the 24-inch refrigerators and wine coolers: RFR-24S-A, RFR-24G, RFR-24DR2-A, RFR-24W and RFR-24WD. RTK-24LG fits the 24-inch deluxe kegerator, RFR-24DK.
Each kit has its own cutout, so plan the island around the trim kit you are using.

In-stock items leave the warehouse within a few business days. Larger units ship by freight, and the carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery window, so someone needs to be there to receive and inspect the shipment.
We will confirm lead time for your exact configuration before your order ships. If you need it by a certain date, tell us first and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met.

Registration. Summerset requires you to register the product online within 30 days of purchase to validate the warranty. Registration is at amddirect.com/register.
Full warranty termsWhat is covered, who is covered, and what is not
Who is covered. The original purchaser only, at the original site of delivery, with proof of purchase and photo documentation. The warranty is void if ownership is transferred. It covers replacement parts only. Labor and labor-related costs are not covered.
What is not covered. Discoloration, surface rust, corrosion and oxidation. Damage from improper installation, abuse or misuse. The warranty does not apply to commercial, rental or non-residential installations. Proof of regular maintenance is required, and coastal, humid or salt environments are subject to Summerset's review.
Damage out of the box. Claims for damage found out of the box must be made within 30 days of purchase and before installation.
Approval. All warranty claims are subject to Summerset's review and approval.
Warranty claims. Start a claim with us as the dealer and we will help you through it. Have your order number, the product's serial number and photos of the issue ready, and keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Price match guarantee. Find the identical item advertised for less by another authorized dealer and we will match it. Send us the listing before you order.
Returns. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will walk you through it. Unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging can be returned, and a 20% restocking fee may apply to approved returns. Inspect freight deliveries before signing, and note any damage on the carrier paperwork.

Can I finance my purchase?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments is offered at checkout, subject to approval. The plan for your full order, including any add-ons, is shown in your cart before you pay, so you can review the payment amounts and terms first.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $200. Smaller orders ship for a flat $35. Parcel items usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days and freight items in 7 to 21 business days. Oversized pallets and Alaska or Hawaii deliveries may be quoted separately before anything ships.

What if I find the same product cheaper somewhere else?
Send us the listing before you order. If it is the same model, finish and configuration from another authorized dealer and it is in stock, we will match the delivered price.

What happens if it is not right when it arrives?
Report damage or a missing item within 48 hours of delivery, with at least four photos, using our claim form. To return an item, request a return within 30 days. Installed, burned and custom items cannot be returned, and a 20% restocking fee may apply. Our Return & Refund policy has the full terms.
