Back Home products are covered by manufacturer warranties that protect against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. While coverage periods vary by product and component, all warranty claims are handled through Back Home in accordance with distributor-level warranty guidelines.

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only, is non-transferable, and covers replacement parts only. Labor, installation, removal, shipping, or service costs are not covered.

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, rust, or fading

How to File a Warranty Claim

• 5-Year Limited Warranty on refractory brick panels
• 1-Year Limited Warranty on components such as grates, screens, and damper assemblies

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only, under normal residential use and proper installation in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Venting components, installation labor, cosmetic wear, and damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or environmental conditions are not covered.
