Common questions

Is there a propane tank compartment inside the table?

No — this 18″-tall model doesn’t have an enclosed cabinet that hides the tank inside the base. The propane tank connects by a hose and sits beside or just behind the table, and many customers use a small tank cover to keep the look clean. Prefer no visible tank at all? The natural gas version hard-pipes straight to your gas line.

What are the exact dimensions?

60″L × 30″D × 18″H (about 370 lbs) or 72″L × 30″D × 18″H (about 410 lbs). See the dimensions diagram in the photo gallery for the full breakdown.

How is it delivered?

Free freight delivery on a pallet. The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery appointment, then drops it curbside using a lift gate. Plan to have two people on hand to move it into place.

Do I have to assemble or install it?

Almost no assembly — it arrives as one finished piece. Add fire glass or lava rock, then connect your gas. Propane connects to a tank with a hose; natural gas should be hard-piped by a licensed professional.

  • Can I finance my purchase?

    Yes. Shop Pay Installments is offered at checkout, subject to approval. The plan for your full order, including any add-ons, is shown in your cart before you pay, so you can review the payment amounts and terms first.

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $200. Smaller orders ship for a flat $35. Parcel items usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days and freight items in 7 to 21 business days. Oversized pallets and Alaska or Hawaii deliveries may be quoted separately before anything ships.

  • What if I find the same product cheaper somewhere else?

    Send us the listing before you order. If it is the same model, finish and configuration from another authorized dealer and it is in stock, we will match the delivered price.

  • What happens if it is not right when it arrives?

    Report damage or a missing item within 48 hours of delivery, with at least four photos, using our claim form. To return an item, request a return within 30 days. Installed, burned and custom items cannot be returned, and a 20% restocking fee may apply. Our Return & Refund policy has the full terms.
