The Platinum Series stands 79 inches tall and comes with the frontside upper mantle built in.

Every Cal Flame fireplace arrives prefabricated with a 34 x 22 x 20 inch fire box, a 22 inch stainless steel double burner rated at 90,000 BTU, a 22 inch stainless grate and an 8 piece 24 inch English Oak log set over black lava rocks. Ventilation is built in.

Pick your base color above. Standard stucco colors are included, with Ameristone stucco and cultured stone siding available as upgrades. Choose a porcelain tile color for the top, or upgrade to natural stone tile or Bedrock.

Swap the logs for a Silver Birch set, fire glass with a flat glass burner, or cannonballs, and add a freestanding screen with or without doors.

It's natural gas ready. For propane, pick Propane above and the conversion kit is added. Conversion must be done by a certified technician.

Can I pick my colors?

Yes. Pick your colors right on this page. Standard stucco and porcelain tile are included, and the upgrades show their price. Your picks print on your order and we confirm them with you before it's built.

Can I use fire glass instead of logs?

Yes. Pick a fire glass color in the options. It comes as 60 lbs of glass plus the flat glass burner it needs.

How does delivery work?

It ships prefabricated by freight to your home. We'll confirm timing after you order. Inspect it at delivery and note any damage before signing.

Who installs it?

Placement plus a gas hookup by a licensed pro. Ask us and we'll point you to a Cal Flame servicer near you.

What's the warranty?

Cal Flame covers the fireplace with a 1 year warranty. Back Home handles your claim with Cal Flame.

    Yes. We are a factory-authorized dealer for the brands we carry, so every unit arrives new, sealed and under the full manufacturer warranty.

  • Can I finance my purchase?

    Yes. Shop Pay Installments is offered at checkout, subject to approval. The plan for your full order, including any add-ons, is shown in your cart before you pay, so you can review the payment amounts and terms first.

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $200. Smaller orders ship for a flat $35. Parcel items usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days and freight items in 7 to 21 business days. Oversized pallets and Alaska or Hawaii deliveries may be quoted separately before anything ships.

  • What if I find the same product cheaper somewhere else?

    Send us the listing before you order. If it is the same model, finish and configuration from another authorized dealer and it is in stock, we will match the delivered price.

  • What happens if it is not right when it arrives?

    Report damage or a missing item within 48 hours of delivery, with at least four photos, using our claim form. To return an item, request a return within 30 days. Installed, burned and custom items cannot be returned, and a 20% restocking fee may apply. Our Return & Refund policy has the full terms.
