Returns & Refunds
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.

Each of our Bromic Tungsten Gas and Platinum Gas heaters is delivered with a complimentary wall mounting bracket, so that the heaters can be easily mounted on walls or structures. Please consult our installation guides to determine the exact height your heaters need to be installed at.
Ceiling Mount SOLD SEPARATELY
Bromic Gas Mounting Poles make it easy to position your heater at the perfect height — between 8′ and 9′ — for optimal heat coverage and performance. Designed for both the Tungsten and Platinum Gas Collections, these poles are available in six sizes to fit a range of ceiling heights and layouts.
