Bromic's Tungsten Electric has an industrial look and a soft red glow that feels warm before you even feel the heat. Stainless steel body, a coating built for high temperatures, and a honeycomb fascia that keeps the heat on your seating area.
Pick your wattage by the size of the space. 2000W covers about 65 sq ft and 6000W covers about 160 sq ft.
Mount it on the wall or ceiling, hang it from a pole, or sink it flush into the ceiling with the recess kit. Add a controller and you can dim it from your phone.

In-stock items leave the warehouse within a few business days. Larger units ship by freight, and the carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery window, so someone needs to be there to receive and inspect the shipment.
We will confirm lead time for your exact configuration before your order ships. If you need it by a certain date, tell us first and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met.
Read the full shipping policyManufacturer warranty. Back Home is a factory-authorized dealer, so this unit ships new in the box. Bromic warrants the Tungsten Electric heater for 2 years, and its heating elements for 7 years, from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to the original owner only.
What it covers. Bromic provides a replacement heater or a replacement part for any component that fails. Under the manufacturer's terms, labor, removal, re-installation, permits and shipping costs are the owner's responsibility.
Controllers. Bromic Affinity controllers are covered for 1 year.
Warranty claims. Start a claim with us as the dealer and we will help you through it. Have your order number, the product's serial number and photos of the issue ready, and keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Price match guarantee. Find the identical item advertised for less by another authorized dealer and we will match it. Send us the listing before you order.
Returns. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will walk you through it. Unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging can be returned, and a 20% restocking fee may apply to approved returns. Inspect freight deliveries before signing, and note any damage on the carrier paperwork.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $200. Smaller orders ship for a flat $35. Parcel items usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days and freight items in 7 to 21 business days. Oversized pallets and Alaska or Hawaii deliveries may be quoted separately before anything ships.

What if I find the same product cheaper somewhere else?
Send us the listing before you order. If it is the same model, finish and configuration from another authorized dealer and it is in stock, we will match the delivered price.

What happens if it is not right when it arrives?
Report damage or a missing item within 48 hours of delivery, with at least four photos, using our claim form. To return an item, request a return within 30 days. Installed, burned and custom items cannot be returned, and a 20% restocking fee may apply. Our Return & Refund policy has the full terms.
