Warranty Coverage

What’s Covered

Back Home’s Limited Warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

This includes:

• Structural issues caused by manufacturing flaws
• Defects identified upon delivery or within the applicable warranty window

If a covered defect is confirmed, Back Home will work directly with the manufacturer to provide, at our discretion:

• Replacement parts
• A product replacement
• Store credit
• Repair coordination (when applicable)

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Natural variations in color, texture, veining, or pattern (particularly in stone, concrete, metal, or handcrafted items)
• Normal wear and tear
• Weathering, oxidation, patina, or finish changes due to outdoor exposure
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow provided care or installation instructions
• Damage resulting from freezing temperatures, water conditions, acts of nature, or environmental factors
• Damage caused by relocation, modification, or unauthorized repairs
• Pump, motor, or electrical components beyond the manufacturer’s stated coverage, if any

Freight & Delivery Inspection

All items must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

Any visible damage must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt and reported to Back Home within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for claims related to shipping or freight damage.

Warranty Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Back Home Support and include:

• Clear photos and a detailed description of the issue

All warranty claims are subject to review and manufacturer approval. Back Home reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
